Ingredients
- (2 lbs) Grass-fed Ground Beef
- (1) Medium onion
- (3 cloves) Garlic
- (1 cup) Fresh parsley
- (2 tsp) Cumin
- (1 tsp) Salt
- (1/2 tsp) Pepper
Directions
- Finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley using a food processor.
- Add the ground beef to a large bowl and combine it with the chopped mixture and remaining ingredients.
- Mix everything together until evenly blended.
- Form the seasoned meat into kofta-shaped logs or patties; you can grill them directly or thread them onto skewers first.
- Cook on a grill or in a pan for about 4–6 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160–165°F / 71–74°C).
